- Hazardous and/or flammable materials may not be stored.
- Storage is for kayaks/canoes/boats only, with any accessories left inside or attached left at the owners risk. No other personal property may be stored without permission.
- Your kayak/canoe/boat must be stored in a manner that does not interfere with other beach storage area users or the general public.
- The kayak/canoe/boat must be contained wholly within the assigned spot and must not impede access to other spots.
- The security of kayak/canoe/boat (and equipment) is the sole responsibility of the Renter.
- Wetwheels South East C.I.C. are not responsible for damaged or stolen property.

It is mandatory that your kayak/canoe/boat be secured to the assigned rack/spot at BOTH the front and the rear. This is to prevent the possibility of the kayak/canoe/boat coming loose during high winds. When this occurs, damage to other kayak/canoe/boat could be considered the liability of the Renter who failed to have his kayak/canoe/boat secured at both ends.
- Paddles and oars may be stored on-site but must be secured to the kayak/canoe/boat within the Renter’s spot. All other equipment must either be removed or stored inside the kayak/canoe/boat.
- The area around the kayak/canoe/boat must be kept clean and orderly.
- Renters will not alter the spots, rack or fixtures.
- Any damage or theft should be reported to Wetwheels South East C.I.C. immediately.
- We strongly recommend you take out 3rd party liability insurance to cover your property as you will be liable for any damages or injury's caused by your property.
